|Recommended: YesReally nice — Overall, I really like living at the Reserve. All the neighbors and staff seem friendly. My apartment was spotless the day I moved in. My only complaint is that the walls are not completely soundproof but that is to be expected in an apartment complex.

|Recommended: YesAlmost Perfect — It’s a really nice neighborhood but if you live in the 6000’s buildings be prepared to have to drive or walk your recycling all the way to the other side as there is only one set of dumpsters.
Maintenance responds well but needs to be called a bit more often than I would like.
Aside from that the place is fairly nice but could use some updates on the appliances.
