|Recommended: YesA Decent Place — The staff is always helpful and punctual after I put in a work order. If there's ever an issue with maintenance, it gets fixed right away. No issues with pests except a few ants. The place doesn’t have surveillance, especially in the garage so that's my only concern. Overall, decent place to live.

The property is generally clean and is kept in good condition. Everything looks quite new and is maintained regularly. I rarely ever hear my neighbors and my apartment is very spacious and in good condition.
|Recommended: YesNice place — Very spacius, pretty insulated, love the closet space and bathroom sizes. Only downside is the lack of lighting in bedrooms living room. I had to buy a few lamps. And also the sink and dishwasher size. I also wish there were more dog poop stations as theres only 2 on the property.
|Recommended: YesA Serene Nice place. — The leasing process has been amazing and pretty straight-forward. The associates of the leasing office have been extremely helpful in getting all of my paperwork done and finalizing all the stuff associated with it. The place is pretty peaceful and well maintained. It's vicinity to convenience stores, the interstate and public transport is what I like the most. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and peaceful environment.

|Recommended: YesIt's a good place to live. — It's a very good place to live, we feel safe and neighbours are nice. The rooms are spacious. The only problem is the noise. I can always hear the stepping from my upstair neighbour, especially when a party is going on.
|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment Complex — This has been my best experience in an apartment complex. These apartments are at a really great location, literally around the corner from the Four Seasons Plaza. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The apartments are clean and maintenance usually comes for repairs in 24-hour window. I love that each apartment comes with a laundry and dryer which is super rare I would definitely recommend this apartment to those that are looking to live in the Newark area
