|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — We have lived here for 1.5 years and love it It is very clean and safe. The staff here are all amazing and very helpful. I have lived in an apartment once before and so much trouble with maintenance and we have never had trouble here Our maintenance requests are answered by the next day and we can always reach them in case of emergency. The walls are very thick so we rarely hear our neighbors unless they are being unreasonably loud. My most favorite parts are the in unit washer and dryers, the large patios, and the very clean summer pool. We would definitely recommend anyone to come live here

|Recommended: YesLove it — Overall, I love living here. I love facing the trees and it’s peaceful. On occasion I hear the neighbors shut their doors, run their garbage disposal, or walking between buildings on the stairs. The maintenance is always here in a timely manner and I’ve never had problems with management. I would love a little more parking opportunities for the people who pay to live here vs the community lot. It’s also a little inconvenient having the trash disposal all the way on the one side or the other, as I’m right in the middle. I’ve never been able to find the recyclables.
Overall I would recommend living here - especially on the 3rd floor with the vaulted ceilings.

|Recommended: YesExcellent Newark Option — I signed my lease on this place having never toured the property based on other reviews and they did not mislead me at all. The staff here are super kind and efficient especially maintenance , the apartment was VERY clean upon move in, and the property has ample parking. My only complaint is that the building isn't sound conditioned as they say based on how well I can hear the neighbors next door kids' toys playing sound and above me. Overall, I love living here and also recommend the neighborhood easy 95 access, sidewalks to get around, and proximity to Glasgow Park .

|Recommended: YesReview — Overall, very good experience and polite staff. Maintenance staff was very fast and the complex felt safe. Neighbors can be loud when they go up the wood steps and in the apartment above me.

|Recommended: YesThe Reserve is a nice place to live — It is a well kept community and I feel safe living here. My apartment is large and spacious for a one bedroom. The apartment is mostly quiet and you have access to a pool In the summer and a small fitness center all year round. I wish the fitness center was a little bigger so more residents could use it at once.
